Why this site exists
Real estate agents are sold software constantly — CRMs, IDX websites, lead platforms, AI gadgets, video tools. Most “best of” lists online are thin affiliate roundups that recommend whoever pays the most. Realty Tech Hub is the opposite: honest, opinionated reviews that tell you who a tool is for, who should skip it, and what it actually costs once the promo ends.
Who’s behind it
Realty Tech Hub is an independent publication. We are not a brokerage, we are not owned by any of the software vendors we review, and no vendor gets a better review for paying us.
How we test and rank tools
Every review is built on the same framework we lay out in the real estate software stack guide. We weigh the things a solo agent or small team actually feels every month:
- Real cost — starting price, per-seat pricing, annual contracts, and the add-ons that quietly inflate the bill.
- Fit by stage — brand-new agent, producing solo, or a small team. A tool that’s great for a 10-agent team can be overkill for a new licensee.
- Lead-to-close usefulness — does it help you capture, nurture, and close, or just add another login?
- Honest downsides — every review names who should skip the tool.

How we make money
Some links on this site are affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. That never changes our verdict — we recommend tools we’d genuinely use, and we flag the trade-offs even for tools we like. Full details are on our affiliate disclosure page.
A note on scope
We cover the agent’s software and tools — the business side. We are not licensed advisors, and nothing here is legal, financial, or investment advice for buying or selling property. When a topic crosses into that territory, we say so and point you to a qualified professional.
